The sun is hot, the air is salty and although fun, a day at the beach can be “no day at the beach” for your body — inside and out! By this time in the summer, we've all spent a few days at the beach.

Our hair can be dry and lifeless, our skin can look a little dull and we just don't have a lot of vim and vigor left. We just don't feel like ourselves — we need a detox rejuvenating spa day! I'm going to give you lots of fun “recipes” just for that. While you may not want to eat these, they are all made with yummy, healthy food you probably have around the house.

Start with one of these detox drinks — they are cleansing, vitamin-packed and immune-boosting. Then relax and pamper yourself from head to toe. First, try one of the hair conditioning treatments or the scalp massage. The Avocado & Mayo one is deep conditioning, while the Egg & Olive Oil one is lighter but still conditions and softens. The Scalp Massage is tingly, moisturizing and body boosting, perfect for fine hair.

Next are the masks: The Avocado, Yogurt & Sesame Oil is very moisturizing for dry skin, and the Papaya, Egg & Honey is perfect for more oily skin. Then have a soothing soak in the heavenly Lavender Milk ‘n' Honey bath. Finally, treat your toes to a Rosemary & Beach Sand foot scrub. So treat yourself to a delicious spa day of detox and rejuvenation — you deserve it, and you'll feel and look great.
