The South Carolina Children’s Theatre held its third annual Caribbean Crush. The evening, themed “Night in the Islands,” was a huge success in every way. It was a beautiful night for the event, held at Venture Aviation at the Greenville Downtown Airport. It was a night of great food, margaritas and music.
The Out-Of-Towners band provided some great tunes for dancing. There were food stations all over the hangar, provided by some of the best restaurants in the Upstate. No one went away hungry, that’s for sure. Guests needed all that energy for some of the fierce bidding on the silent auction. There were so many items, it was hard to keep track of my bids!
The mission of the South Carolina Children's Theatre is to educate and stimulate the minds and imaginations of young people and their families through participation in high-quality theater, year-round education and accessible outreach. It was a great event for a great organization.
